Gorgeous Tie-Neck Puffy Sleeve Blouse made of Pastel Pink Silk with subtle woven Paisley Pattern – a High End Vintage Gem straight from the 60s
Buttons at sleeves and top button at collar were exchanged and thick shoulderpads were added (sewn in with a few stitches only) obviously in the 80s and can easily be removed
